How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Fieldwork and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. Go to Profile > Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
My observations aren't syncing.
Fieldwork works offline and queues observations until you reconnect. Check that you have an internet connection — your data will sync automatically when you're back online.
How is my awareness score calculated?
Your score is based on multiple factors: the length and detail of your observation, sensory vocabulary, specificity, and sentence variety. Richer, more specific observations earn higher scores.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Email us at alex@thedigitalpop.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days.
Is Fieldwork a replacement for therapy?
No. Fieldwork is an attention-training tool, not a medical device or therapy substitute. Grounding Mode is a self-help exercise based on common therapeutic techniques, but it is not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you're in crisis, please contact your local emergency services.
What senses does Fieldwork train?
Six: Sight, Sound, Touch, Smell, Taste, and Body (interoception — your sense of internal physical states like balance, heartbeat, and muscle tension).
